Harvest Exchange
A freestanding Soviet Martian agricultural and distribution cooperative on flat ground. Two parallel barrel-roof halls run front to back, the left hall wider and taller than the right. A low flat-roof transverse packing block connects their front ends; a small rounded tiled vestibule projects from the front-left corner of that block. A square loading airlock projects centrally from the rear connection, with a closed double cargo door, low loading platform and two protective bollards.
Visible curved gray steel ribs hold replaceable cream and dull silver insulated roof cassettes. Each barrel has one narrow amber-glazed strip running along its crown, with short opaque shutter stacks on raised rails at both ends. Avoid fully glazed greenhouse roofs. Broad roof arcs contrast with modest blocky end walls. The public vestibule is a closed rectangular steel doorway set beside a rounded masonry cheek clad in small cream, rust and muted yellow ceramic tiles, with a low red tubular handrail. Black-framed narrow windows run across the front packing block beneath its thick parapet. The outer side walls show raised steel framing, red aggregate footings and regularly spaced metal service covers; one side has a guarded circulation fan. The rear elevations have corrugated insulated infill, pipe connections and cargo hardware. Keep crops entirely enclosed, visible only as restrained green behind a few sealed panes. Show selective maroon repair plates and one mismatched cream roof cassette, without ornamental civic stars or oversized signs.
